Inclusions

Access to all conference talks on both days, including on-site refreshments such as hot and cold drinks, baguettes, snacks and fruit.

Payment methods

We accept PayPal, credit card and Apple Pay/Google Pay. Invoices are available for 5 or more tickets. Please send us an email with your invoice details and ticket quantity.

Personalized tickets

The attendee's name appears on the ticket. Tickets can only be transferred in full and before the event begins. Please use the link in the confirmation email from our ticket service provider.

Cancellation

You can cancel your ticket purchase up to two weeks before the start of the conference. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the amount to be refunded. Please use the link in the confirmation email from our ticket service provider.

Students and trainees

Please show your student or trainee ID at on-site registration. The reduced ticket is only valid together with such proof.

Service providers

We use pretix as the ticketing system and Stripe as the payment provider.
